A quaint beachfront resort with 23 fully equipped one bedroom units. Whether you just want to relax on the beach, soak up the Florida sun and watch the beautiful Atlantic Ocean or would rather do some sight-seeing, fishing or golfing, or want to stroll downtown Delray Beach with its many restaurants and shops……it is all available to you.

Does it get cold on the beach in southern Florida during the winter?
Yes, it does. It gets cold and rainy. However, it's usally warmer in southern Florida than most northern areas.
Is parking included?
Yes, all stays include one parking spot for one car. Please remember, as with most places, don't leave anything valuable in your car. By the way, this is a huge perk. Other resorts charge as much as $30 to $90 per day for parking.
What other fees are there?
Food is not included. All units have access to a washer & dryer, however, there is a small fee for those.
If we fly, which airport should we use?
Ft. Lauderdale (FLL). According to Google Maps, the FLL terminal is 30.2 miles from Berkshire on the Ocean.
What if we only want to stay three or four days?
At three or four days, it's probably better to book somewhere else.
May we request late checkout on our last day?
We hate leaving a fun vacation. Checking out is always sad. If you are checking out on Saturday, you absolutely have to be out of the room by 10:00 am. This is so the resort can have the room ready by 3:00 pm.
Is it better for fly or drive to this vacation?
If you are limited on time, obviously flying is better. But if you have the time to spare, driving is nice We recommend bringing bicycles. You can always rent them, but they get expensive.
Is the WiFi top notch?
No. It's kind of horrible. It's good for retreiving email. But generally not good enough for watching HD movies. If you are booking a beach week for the internet, we recommend booking somewhere else.
Are the ocean views good?
Yes, we only offer properites with beautiful ocean views.
